When you log in to Fibonacci, you will see the Navigation Menu on the left-hand panel of your screen. It contains modules you can use to navigate your way around Fibonacci. We’ve set out some basic information about the modules below.

Dashboard

The Dashboard is your personal hub within Fibonacci. It brings together information that is relevant to you from across all of the Portfolios you are working on and displays it in an easy-to-understand way via our widgets. The widgets help you understand what work you need to do, when, and where. They also surface information so you can stay informed quickly. In addition, the dashboard acts as a starting point from which you can navigate to the Portfolios you’re working on.

Portfolios

The Portfolio Index is a list of all the Portfolios which you have access to. Portfolios are generally set up to support a single large project, or a number of projects, for one organisation (or client).

To access an individual Portfolio click on the Portfolio’s name. If you need help identifying the Portfolio you want to access, you can access detailed filters by clicking on the filter icon on the left of “+ Create Portfolio”. You can also search for a Portfolio by using the search bar.

Matters

The Matter index is a list of all the Matters which you have access to. A Matter is generally set up within a Portfolio and relates to a single jurisdiction, practice area, workstream or deliverable. You can also set up a standalone Matter if you need to.

To access an individual Matter, click on the Matter’s name. If you need help identifying the Matter you want to access, you can access some quick filters at the top of the index or by clicking on the horizontal three-dot icon on the left of “Create Matter”. You can also search for a Matter by using the search bar.

The matter index is a powerful reporting tool. By hovering over the “Status” field for any matter, you can quickly see the latest Progress Update. You can also export the list of matters as a .csv by clicking on the three-dot menu to the left of “+ Create Matter” and then clicking on “Export matter index".
