If you don’t have an approved authenticator app then you can set up MFA using SMS on your work mobile phone. Here are the instructions:

  1. When you first log in to Fibonacci, you will be prompted to secure your account with an authenticator app. Select “Try another method” and "SMS".

  2. Input your country code and work mobile phone number. Fibonacci will send an SMS to your device with a one-time passcode. If you didn’t receive an SMS with the code, click "Resend".

  3. Enter the passcode into Fibonacci and select “Continue”.

  4. Fibonacci will display a “Recovery Code”. Write down the recovery passcode and store it somewhere safe. You will need it to log in if you do not have access to your work mobile phone. Click “Continue”.

  5. You have now successfully logged into Fibonacci. Remember, each time you log in you will need to get a new one-time password by SMS on your work mobile phone.

Logging in with MFA - SMS

Each time you log in to Fibonacci you will need to use your work mobile phone to get a passcode by SMS:

  2. Follow the on-screen prompts to receive your passcode by SMS

  3. Enter the passcode into Fibonacci

Logging in when you don’t have access to your work mobile device

If you do not have access to your work mobile phone you can use the recovery code you saved earlier:

  1. Input your Username and Password

  2. When you’re asked for your passcode click "Try another method?" and choose "Recovery Code"

  3. Enter the recovery code you saved when you first set up your MFA and follow the prompts.
