Before we get going, please check if your organisation already has an approved authenticator app and make sure you comply with any internal information security relating to MFA.
We’ve set out the steps below to set up your authenticator app:
When you first log in to Fibonacci you will be prompted to secure your account with an authenticator app.
Open your app, add a new account and scan the QR code displayed within Fibonacci. If the QR code isn’t scanning then select "Trouble Scanning?" (or similar) and follow the instructions to enter the “Setup Key” manually.
Fibonacci will display a “Recovery Code”. Write down the recovery passcode and store it somewhere safe. You will need it to log in if you do not have access to your authenticator app. Click “Continue”.
You have now successfully logged into Fibonacci. Remember, each time you log in you will need to get a new passcode using your authenticator app.
