The Organisations Index is a list of all the companies which have been set up in your Fibonacci platform. It’s only visible if you’re part of the Organisation which owns the Fibonacci licence.

An Organisation can be a client, an external advisor (e.g. law firm, accounting firm or management consultancy) or any other company which needs access to Fibonacci, or needs to appear within your Portfolio. You can set up an Organisation for display purposes only, you don’t have to add Users or give them access to Fibonacci.

If you want to know more about an Organisation you can view its profile by clicking on its name.

Organisations are set up by your Admins. If you are an Admin you can create a new Organisation by clicking on “+ Create Organisation” in the top right-hand corner.

The User Index is a list of all the Users who have access to the Fibonacci platform. It’s only visible if you’re part of the Organisation which owns the Fibonacci licence.

If you are a User who belongs to the Organisation that owns the Fibonacci licence you can be an Admin or a Member. All other Users are Externals. A User always belongs to an Organisation. You can search or filter the index to find a User or all of the Users from a particular Organisation.

If you are an Admin you can create a single new User by clicking on “+Create User” in the top right-hand corner. If you need to create multiple users quickly you can use the Bulk Invite feature.
