The Playbook Index is a list of all of the Playbooks you have access to. Please note that you can create new playbooks only if you’re part of the Organisation which owns the Fibonacci licence.

You can think of Playbooks as template Matters which contain Tasks, Events, Documents and other information which have been packaged up to allow you to start your work quickly. You can search for a Playbook by using the search bar. To view a Playbook click on its name.

The Workstream Template Index is a list of all of the Workstream Templates your organisation has created.

Workstream Templates are exactly as they are named. They are fully templated parts of a Matter plan and generally contain Tasks and Events. They are very helpful when you need to add an additional workstream into an ongoing Matter, for example, if the scope increases. To view a Workstream Template click on the name. To create a Workstream Template click on “+ Create” in the top right corner of the index.
