This article will cover how you can create, edit and manage user profiles and set-up organisations to manage external users.

Creating a User In Fibonacci

To Create a User in Fibonacci

  1. Navigate to the Users page by clicking the icon below in the left-hand navigation panel.

  2. Click the "Create user" button at the top right of the screen.

  3. Upload an avatar. You can leave this empty if you want to. The user will be able to upload their avatar image as part of their registration.

  4. In the Information section, continue by populating the fields and selecting a role for the user you want to create.

    ​Note: You must select an organisation for a user.
    If the user you're creating is a super admin, admin or member this will automatically be your organisation.

    If the user you're creating is external, you can select a different organisation. If the organisation does not exist, you will have to create it 1st.

  5. In the Contact details section, input the email address, Work Phone and Mobile.

  6. You can then click "Create" to finish creating the user.
    ​

  7. The user will then receive an email that they've been invited to Fibonacci.
    ​

  8. By clicking the link, they will then be taken to a registration page where they can complete or edit their details as well as set up their password.
    They will not be able to edit the email address of their profile.
