Progress updates can be used to notify other participants of the matter of important developments. Progress updates are posted in chronological order, so scroll down to view older progress updates.

Click on “What’s your progress for today” to post an update, you also have the option to use in-app editing tools to format your update, and use ‘@’ to mention people in your update.

Note: by default all matter participants will be notified when you post a progress update, unless, you select ‘don’t send notification to participants’.
